My basement's haunted. Y'all probably don't believe me. That's fine. It is though. There's an angry old man down there. He throws stuff. I just stay out of that room. I'm afraid he'll drop a box on my head or something. I get mystery bruises in the basement too. Hmmm i'm just now thinking maybe they're related.
My high school was supposedly haunted, never saw anything. There's a place in the next town over that's haunted never been since it's closed off to the public and is technically private land. ?I would have to pull out my haunted places book to find more.
I used to live near here when I lived in New York and visited it on Halloween one year Seaview Hospital "First a poor house, then a tuberculosis hospital, now a decrepit and abandoned New York City landmark, Staten Island‘s Seaview Hospital and New York Farm Colony has a history of haunting. The farm colony/poor house (designed as a means of rehabilitation for the mentally ill) was established in the 1830s and the hospital opened in 1913. The complex has sat in decay since 1975, but due to a landmark designation in 1985 nothing can be torn down. Workers of the hospital claim to have seen old patients wandering through the hall; now it’s a rotting asylum left to the elements. It’s also close to the former Willowbrook State School for mentally disabled children, which was exposed for shocking abuses by Geraldo Rivera in a 1972 expose." http://www.newyork.com/articles/real-es ... ity-72862/ Scary place definitely, there was actually a movie documentary done on murders that occurred in that area as well called Cropsy, and the abuses that happened at the Willowbrook state school were horrid, kids were literally just left to their own devices, when they investigated they found children covered in their own feces, naked, and malnourished. My experience is I never actually saw anything but the place gave me the creeps I think I still have pictures from when we went let me find them.
Actually the creepiest part was the criminally insane building you had to walk over a bridge to get to it and it's surrounded by a huge chasm probably a moat that had since lost it's water. But the only way in or out of that part is the damn bridge.
Here we go I found them! I apologize for the crap quality of the pictures and no there's no ghosts or anything really in them but the building by itself is creepy
I know 2 and i have seen it myself..... In my old primary school when i was 10 the floor down a corridor looked slanted and i heard a wailing sound but the school was about 200yrs old and in the toilets people used to make jokes about bloody mary and some saw a red ghastly figure of her......and she wasnt a liar and she had a phobia of ghosts I was in a home and when i was asleep i woke up at midnight and it was really cold in the middle of summer and i saw a old dead couple in rags and chains.....Another time i had a ds game and put it behind me and when i turned back around it had gone..i vacumed the whole room but it had gone
My work is hsunted. We hear people walking through to the office but noone there, the hand drier in the toilet turns it's self on and stays on but if you use it it turns straight off . Things fly off shelves for no reason, cold breezes , moving shadows and hearing voices . It's scary at times but nothing bad has happened to any of us.
There's a haunted train station on the other side of the city. Never been there, but tempted to go to the Halloween scare off that's always held there every year. But there's these ships docked down by the harbor, and ghost hunters did a show on the boats. Didn't watch the show, but recently went on those ships and there's definitely a weird feeling. ?
