  1. Happened to me once and I was like water! I need water but I can't even talk ;-;

  2. You shouldn't worry about sleep paralysis.

    When you fall asleep, your brain releases some chemical that "paralyzes" your body to keep it from moving around during sleep. I guess it was a primal necessity since people in the past slept in the wilderness and you don't wanna roll over a cliff or something. 

    Also, when that chemical isn't working well, things like sleep walking happens. ? I know a friend who had an epic sleepwalk where she went down the elevator and went shopping. ?

    Sleep paralysis happens when your brain wakes up ahead of your body. You realize you can't move or breathe right because of the chemical and you start to panic. Some people experience hallucinations.

    I'm thinking since the brain was startled enough to wake ahead of the body, it makes sense that it starts playing tricks on you. ?

  4. I have feel it... it's scary .... isn't there's a ancient mitos if we can't move our body after we just awoke from sleep the devil is sitting on our body?

    I have feel it once and I'm barely asleep...just one minutes or so dozing off and then I can't feel my body....it's like my mind is not connected to my body.

  5. I dream about my mom getting torture and I was awake at that time... I try so hard to gets back to my body becos I know that this is not real..... and it seems so real.. the frustration is no joke Lol.

  6. Yeah I can relate to the frustration. I've had super realistic dreams to the point I've had to double check things to make sure that it was just a dream. ?
