I’m thankful for my boyfriend ? Hopefully it’s okay to get all mushy here I’m most thankful for him because he’s the reason I’m still around today. He’s stuck with me through everything, and he’s the reason I can know what happiness is. I’m so grateful for him and everything he does for me and gives me, whether it be a dandelion from when he walked the dog just to blow it in my face when I’m holding it smh or the way he completely spoils me with things I get to keep forever no matter how much I tell him not waste money on me. He’s the one person who truly understands me and does everything in his power to make me smile and never end the day badly, even when I feel like everything is going horribly. im also thankful that he’s really tall bc getting laid on and cuddling is a fantastic feeling omg ok bye sorry I’m going to shut up because I can ramble about him for like an hour skdhsj
I am thankful for my dog always being there for me when I need her. She is not even two years old but has already seen me through multiple moves across the country, lots of lost friendships because of the moves, a career change, and a lot of rough days and always licks a smile on to my face, even when I don't feel like smiling. She is my actual best friend and I don't know where I would be without her.
I'm thankful for all the wonderful friends I've met here who have shown support and love and given me laughs when I was down and advice when I needed it most!
I'm thankful for my true family. (Blood is not always thicker...) I grew up in a pretty bad family life... Haven't talked to my mother in about 12 years, barely talk to my dad, won't discuss my brother... All-in-all, just not great -lots of abandonment and whatnot. (I know a lot of people have had it far, far worse than me, and I have the utmost compassion for them, and do my best to help as many as I can...) But at any rate, over the years, I have been truly blessed to be "Adopted" (not technically adopted, but you know what I mean) into a huge family that has loved me through thick and thin (ever at my most unlovable times), always been there for me, always forgiven me when I'm wrong, encouraged me, taught me how to be a functioning adult, laughed with me, cried with me and been so much more than I could have ever asked or imagined. I could go on and on, but I'll just end with I'm extremely grateful and thankful for my wonderful family because I wouldn't be who I am today without them!! ??

What am I thankfull for.... I'm gonna be incredibly selfish. I'm thankful for my godamn stubborness amd family. Why? Well.... I suffer from depression, and just under a month ago, I nearly ended it all. I had the house to myself, the things needed to do it and then - well I didnt do it, I told myself I couldnt live it out till my next birthday - that I wouldnt be able to survive. I did. And I'm glad I'm still fighting, I found out I will be an auntie again (for the 12th time), I got to see my 3 oldesnt neice and oldest nephew start school for the first time, I got to celeberate my 4th oldest nieces 1st birthday. I donated a bag of food to a homeless man, and got the most amazing smile ever - and I got to dance in a thunderstorm at my mums wedding. Pretty darn happy with myself, and my family. I also love you guys on pimd for making me laugh and smile, and shwoing me that people can be compassionate. I don't celebrate thanksgiving personally, but hope you all have a good one
