I do think yoga has a point though. In a game that encourages interaction between players, wouldn't a stuck thread on terms of use with ALL the rules on be helpful? The thread in Rules of Conduct does not mention anything of this rule, so punishment could be deemed harsh. If it is there in the rules and someone breaks it then it is a fair silence, however if they have had no chance to be aware of the rule in the first place then it could be deemed unwarranted.
The terms of use is under the "Help" button located below the forum button on your main page. Click help scroll down to terms of use. All the rules are there.
So shouldn't this rule be put in the stuck "world chat and forum behaviour" post under Rules of Conduct too? I'm sure there are many that have read that post and assumed that they are the rules (like me). That gives a loophole as it stands at the minute, as there are two different sets of rules. If you see one set of rules posted by PIMD, you wouldn't then assume you have to go and hunt for a second set of rules to find the rest of them.
The rules are the same but for some reason only a few are highlighted in the forum. Not sure why it was setup that way but these days many things on PIMD aren't making much sense to me.

The original post contained your endorsement in the form of how you liked another game. That is advertisement. I'd suggest letting the thread die, or when your silence timers up you'll probably be silenced by a moderator who wasn't involved in the first silence and didn't know.
Way to bypass, Ala. No, it doesn't. But we don't allow other apps to be spoken of here, and it's mostly a legal concern of ATA's than a competitor thing. Really, you can abide by our rules or not be around. There's not much choice beyond that in this specific matter.
