Just so you all know, women CANNOT make sperm. You need testes in order to do that. We have ovaries.

In lab experiments, scientists were able to extract stem cells from a female egg (or was it embryo) and turn those stem cells into sperm. Females still can't make their own sperm. The egg must leave the body and be manipulated into creating a sperm.
