  19. i dont support gifting money unless theres a tax on it from your ATM to another players ATM as it would just be a means to instantly BC peoples alts. If there was a tax on your $ like say 40-60% that'd be acceptable to my eyes as DV costs you a bit and this would save time, offer the cash transfer, and make it so you cant just send your alt 400b to upgrade to T6?
