Think about it lets say she didn't do try to commit, sooner or later it was gonna come back to her, even if your 50 years old. She didn't wanna ask for help but this way she gets it, it wasnt your time to die and now she's gonna get the help she needs, and slowly change in good.

Suicide happens for a variety of reasons. Those that truly want to end their lives do so. My cousin argued with his girlfriend who told him to stand in front of a train. He promptly walked to the railway tracks and stood with his arms open in front of a very fast intercity to London. Most of those who don't choose a way that isn't guaranteed do so as a cry for help, not to actually kill themselves.
