Hi! Sorry if there is already a thread where I’m supposed to post this, but I can’t find it if there is. Anyway, I have this wonderful idea to start a gambling based club. I think this is a great use of the club chat mini games we have! People would bet in game items and play Those mini games. Super simple concept and it would be really fun. If you’re interested in helping me build this club, pm me. Feel free to give me feedback or advice as well, that would be greatly appreciated. I saw one around like a year ago but they fizzled out. Perhaps creating a club with gambling as an advertised game (like how some advertise trivia) and to have trusted admins be middle man for bets would be the way to go? 100 people gambling in chat would require a lot of moderation, including appropriatly handling people who gamble in bad faith.
I was absolutely thinking of having admin be the middle man so that everybody gets to bet fairly. Having it as an advertised game sounds like a good idea. I was really hoping to have it be like an open casino, but seeing how much work it is, I think maybe a casino night once a week or something might be better.
