Yep, that'll be a great idea, but as they plan those events, they'll add a 5x cat promo then claim the statistic weren't good enough and shut down the idea. They always bias them.
The reason for this is because we aren't completely certain how long it'll be until we implement a solution, and we wanted to address the issue first.
You've also been informed by a lot of people that the new interface looks like super childish, the thing people wanted was to send multiple gifts (where was that) and that scrolling through loads of stuff makes it harder to gift. This change is about your revenue, pure and simple
in past conversations that was usually the sentence that indicated you don't wanna hear anything anymore and if there was another comment it was bound to stay unanswered. So if my intentions or better a promise was made in good faith but my mind has changed and I break that intention or promise I didn't lie. That's good to know thank you for that You value all your players but you keep talking about the new player the smaller players. Nothing so far I've seen shows that you value the bigger players or the older players. Guess it's because those are now a minority probably since they weren't heard the first 10 times they spoke up. You don't want any disadvantage so get your big boy pants on and give everyone who hit a super pro that item or if you feel generous just put it in everyone's showcase. They are a mess anyway.
Honestly I just feel like this should of been predicted. You make a feature that you know requires a lot big players and that a good amount of smaller ones can't hit. Like I stated on the original thread when it came out, only a certain amount of clubs will be able to complete. So obviously if high stat players wanna participate it requires them coming together with other high stat players to complete. That isn't hard to figure it, in fact it's quite obvious. So making a feature for high stat players and being somehow surprised that that the feature doesn't help smaller players? Come on. That really should of been better thought out. It shouldn't of taken coming out with it, having players enjoying it and yanking it away to realize that. You could of come up with new drops that combine for regular parties, or reg pros or even come up with new parties that had new drops. However you chose this and ignored the obvious fact that that's what would happen in order for ppl to participate in them. I don't think it's fair at this point to take away something people enjoyed just because you guys didn't have the intellect to see something obvious...
As we mentioned, just because something is well received may not necessarily mean it is best for the health of the game. There are other things we look at when making these types of decisions.
Since Super Pro Parties are now discontinued, please increase the max item quantity of those drop items. It is not fair that some people were able to obtain and keep 2 or 3 of the same item; before ATA implemented a max quantity of 1 while Super Pro Parties were in progress.
Support this totally. This thread is like a car wreck. I can't stop looking, even though I know nothing I see will be good...
Unrelated question here. Successful game development company's and company's in general communicate with their customers and players. You all made accounts (in game and social media) to do so but no longer use them to communicate and socialize with us. When there's a problem you don't tell us or ask how it can be solved from your customers point of view. How do you feel about communication?
I think I speak for most of us here when I ask that you show us all the factors and statistics that made you come to this conclusion. Show us that Super Pro Partes were bad for the health of the game. Show us where if Super Pros continued the game would have to close down. Show us this information, so we could see why this had to be done. The only thing we can see is your loss in revenue. What else has declined? How much revenue have you lost? Will that lost revenue cause this game to cease functioning? Show us. That is what a "Further Explanation" should have had. Also this is coming from someone who hasn't and can't participate in a Super Pro Party.
To all of the peoe and ATA_Mario you also need to listen. If there was a 5x cat promor then all of us mise well quit the game. The prices of gifts would sky rocket along with club creation prices, dorm prices, and the prices of dorm mates. If this promo happens then there is no point in making super pros. Most of you are below 50 kcs which you would get little to no money. This would make you mad if the gift prices went up.
I mean if I recall, there were hunts when beta wars were relaunched ? You're just going about wars the wrong way.
We do our best to be open with players. Some things we can't share (such as internal company metrics), but we try to explain our reasoning and listen to players where possible. From the player point of view, we understand the pain, and the entire team here had many many long discussions over Super Pro's and the impact removing them would have, as well as the impact keeping them would have had. Ultimately as a company we do need to make decisions off of our own data, which also includes player feedback. It's a balance, and we listen wherever possible even if we can't give our players every single thing they want. I hope this helps explain a bit.
Since you're so concerned about the small players, do you plan on lowering the goals in hunts so that it doesn't require multiple cat purchases? Cat cafe is probably one of the biggest causes of separation in stats - those who can spend money and those who don't. Since you're concerned about smaller players you're potentially creating a social divide based on income ? #freecatsforall!!!!
