Nah you obviously don't understand our pain. While I understand you are running a business, still the gap between cat and non cat players are too great. You don't even reward players who spend 15-18 hours a day (maybe through work or study or sleep) just to get regular Avis and items. With super pros, very active players finally had the chance to get to top 500 without spending for cats, and spending 15-18 hours a day in the game seems worth the shot. But since you guys need your food served on a golden table with golden spoon, you are taking away it away. The time we spend on this game means nothing to you. Still, just to make you keep super pros, players are willing to compromise. Some players have mentioned we don't mind you reduce super pros drop rate, giving up any chance of getting better prizes, as long as you don't remove them. But even that is not enough for you. So don't say you understand our pain. Coz u don't. Super pros don't divide the community. It is your attitude that always lean heavily towards cat users that divides the community.
Love the cluck Support. Keep it up. We enjoy thus game too much to let poor decisions ruin it. The hallmark of any business is it relationship with its customers. You would do well, Grant and Mario to start listening. This game is an escape for many of us. We are lawyers,tradesmen, managers, doctors and hospitality workers. We come from all walks of life and around the globe. We don't have to spend our disposable income with you. We choose to. We can also choose not to.
Revenue would not be hurt so bad if they dropped easier so people did a few and moved on keep them sobmake the drops easier or add a club weekly limit
Why don't they just give us their bank account numbers & we'll deposit all our income to their accounts
Noobs can't hit pro parties so are you going to take that out too?? As well as take out some other hard parties and just keep Cat and Kini, I'm sure your revenue will go up
One thing I'm suspicious about with this company is how they analyze customer spending and use it. Many have commented in the past about how the spinner would give away cats to brand-new users and that brand-new users were more likely to get rare avatars from opening boxes. Then larger players would spend a great deal of money and persistently try to get the same things. Do they analyze customer spending and give certain people better or worse chances based on this? For example, if you know that Person A spent $4000 this year is there a point of ever letting that person open something good on the first 100 tries? They might spend less money if you gave it away sooner. But the new player who gets the prize, it probably wouldn't affect them as much. How reputable are these people?
You give any explanation but we still hate u .There r many more thing which having bad affect of community why u guys also not removing them and der r many bugs in game fix them. Wen mass gifting will come in game . And our showcase is crap and taking life to load fix them better. Gives us something for which we keep playing game
Only suggestion I can give is. Complete overhaul. Replace all the old parties with completely new ones. ? U may or may not change the difficulty but one loves the change in appearance. Just like u changed the pimd icon and didn't even give me credit for bringing up the idea months ago. Same way u can just change the appearance. Introduce new awards for those parties. A replacement. Might as well be welcomed by the community. ?
You are assuming that ATA is willing to change things...when they are not handcuffed to change, they don't ... That damn pizza ornament still in store from Xmas,2or3 years ago, why u think they give a damn? ?they can't even fix Mozambique pin, now hunt over ?as long as player gonna spend 5 or even 6 figures the trend gonna stay the samewe are nothing but the dust off their shoes to them.
