Why can't you share data? Just curious. I work for the government and we share data that we collect with all the appropriate safety protocols etc. Sharing data on number of cats/DNs sold during weeks super pros were here compared to weeks before when they weren't wouldn't be difficult.....
Again, it's all about finding a good balance that fits everyone. If we were to only appeal to smaller players by lowering the goals in hunts then the larger players would hit their goals early and have nothing to do. The same applies if we only appeal to the larger players by increasing the goals; smaller players would then not be able to get any rewards. The different reward tiers we implement in the hunts may not be perfect, but we feel is a step in the direction towards good balance in allowing both smaller and larger players to earn rewards based on the effort they put into the hunt.
Mario, I give you props for staying in this. Is the whole team sitting around the table deciding what to answer and how to answer? Or are you taking this beating alone?
Set goals that didn't require flashing cats to meet allowed both smaller and larger players to earn rewards based on their effort. These "top ___" prizes ONLY go to flashers, regardless of the effort and time.
New ideas: 1) replace all of your "best health for the game" statements with "best health for your wallets". 2) if you're not going to do that then make your official accounts have higher stats so all of the big players you've officially pissed off can farm you. Sincerely, The normally nice panda.
This whole thing does seem suspicious tbh. It seems like revenue was the main factor Bc perhaps players who were normally buying cats were intrigued and started playing more super pros. I just don't think people are buying the explanation you've given. Someone made a good point about how you said you're trying to make it more balanced for lower players, yet it doesn't seem like you care that the main money maker (cat parties) is what makes the largest division between the low and high players. A game where credit card debt is the key isn't really much of a game is it?
It helps a bit. I was thinking about having Q&A more often. Maybe little surveys as we load into the game like that one before "which avatar are you" I believe it was but in regards to updates or the hunt at the time or how you guys can improve. And maybe just popping in and asking questions on your accounts. Just an open two way street of communication. Like warnings before big changes like with the removal of ec transfer.
Smaller players still had the chance to hit pro parties. If clubs weren't so ridiculously cheap to make that every noob wants to own one, maybe a few would band together and hit some. You've been informed more times than I can remember that club prices were too cheap and nasty rp clubs were taking over yet they're all over campus. Any new players that actually want to grow don't really have much of a chance and this is entirely due to your own stance on the way this has turned into a hook up app.
One thing the apes have done with removing Super Pros and the "divide" that they caused is certain - they have brought the community together like I haven't seen in a long time. It sure is nice seeing the community band together as one, isn't it?
Ata_Mario, could you comment on my previous comment as to why you can't share any data on cat sales please?
Whatever... Just admit it's only about money, due to your reason which is by far unlogical...All the mcs players will just do pro's in instead...or is it because they stopped doing pro's for spp?, either way this hunt ruined my monthly spins not to go off topic
