"Ha ha, I beat you home!" sang Jody, Julia's younger sister. "I don't care" said Julia. Jody stared. "You should care. You lost. You owe me ten bucks." What was wrong with her sis? She was always the one home first, making her pay ten dollars each day, and she clearly said that if Jody beat her, she would pay ten bucks plus a dollar extra tip. She promised. And now she said no. "But you promised" Jody argued. "Go away Jody" said Julia. "But--" "GO AWAY! WHAT PART OF THAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?!!!!" With that, she went inside the house, making sure to slam the door. Hard. Jody stood there, holding back tears.

Here in my house, there are candles burning bright, one for every night of the holiday. We gather with friends sharing gifts and happy times, Happy Han- nu-kah. And in my neighbors house, the lights are shining too, red and green and blue, round the door. The sound of jingle bells, and laughter everywhere, Merry Christmas and many more!
