Let's talk about cake. I made these for my kids' birthday party:



Sissy's was a princess cake with a surprise inside:



And my son's was a ninja turtle cake. Chocolate cake, fudge icing, and mint filling (This one was the best, but I just like chocolate) :



And if all of those pics posted right I'm going to be amazed at technical skill.
