Haha!!! Woah kris!!! You are a kitchen hazard!!! Haha!!! Yiu can make the dry salsa though. You just need to chop up the ingredients! No cooking required!
As weird as it sounds, I absolutely love salsa on scrambled eggs . I prefer the wet version, but dry is also very good with toasty tortilla chips .
Ahhh Breakdown process..whats a couple more minutes for A much healthier body! like A Greek God! But I don't mind a bit here and there! Bulking season is what it's for!
Jessica, I actually prefer the dry version! Haha! I kinda like the crunch! Plus it's easier to make too! Just throw everything in and let it sit for an hour!
When you wanna add a little extra weight to help build up muscle....You eat More Carbs keep the Fats:Sat, Unsat but normally some sodium to help give a little bit more of a burn! And stick To Red meats like Steak, Porterhouse, ones with more fats and sugars!
Well then it's good to eat more Fish and chicken if your a runner...still keep the fats but if it a more lean looking body and better cardio You do you workout.(if it's just running that's ok) then you would have a before workout meal, Green tea Is Probably The Best! so That and maybe if it's morning Have Eggs with maybe.....ahhh.....well Green tea by itself is fine! But I usually have 2-3 eggs with any meal in the morning or before workouts! Oh have Yoghurt and some Low sugar Cereal!!! Remember to never have a cereal that has a lot of sugar. Most people actually eat the Total sugar intake for a day from cereal! So maybe oats it's the best way. Don't EVER forget to Eat after a workout, because your body is still full of lactic acid and your muscles are still trying to build so eat something high in carbs afterwards! Also make sure you have something to eat before bed, around 8:30-9:00pm because throughout the night your body is still working from that day and still need nutrients to keep your muscles Strong and a nice size. So when you sleep if you have a high protein meal(Eggs, pork, kangaroo~Macro meats:less then 1g of sugar, Vegies) then you would be good. Don't forget Your fish/tuna! It's a good meal high in protein, good source of omega three and very good for a daily routine! It is known if you eat 500-1kg of red salmon, That you get 3 days worth of Omega 3 needed for an adult. But who would eat a 1kg
