Hidebaby! What can be healthy about fast foods, I wonder! I'm not a fast food person myself. JANEYBABY and PRINCEYBABY!!! Wow! Two person in my backpack?!!! So I guess I won't be bringing my clothes since you both take up all the space!
MattHere's the thing! Yes you may see most fast food as "Bad" but there are some things in that food that can help everyone if it comes to an After a game meal! Or say after a workout! You could have a little greasy food now and then! But no more then once probably a fortnight! Maybe a week..Now! When choosing such said "Fats" you need the healthier fats! No KFC, hungry jacks, burger king, McDonalds! None of then have healthy fats! But they have fats that will help will with energy and also feeds your muscles after say a workout so they don't eat themselves away! Make sure if you have no healthier fast food shops around that serve meat! Go home and cook something with Vegetable oil! And Olive oil! They have the good fats in them! But always remember stay healthy! And Eat your Protein! I believe I can teach you to not be constricted to being unhealthy
It's funny to me that I think the healthiest thing in McDonald's would probably be the desserts :| As healthy as can be anyways. JANE, YOU'RE TOO CLOSE TO ME!! GO AWAY! D:
Lol the desserts are probably close to the worst! They contain about 3-4 tablespoons of sugar(60-80grams) Personally I eat fast food like 1-2 times a fortnight! Great way to get some energy and always good to burn off!
