Insta noodles;Always stick with vegies and red meat with insta noodles! Keeps them healthy! And egg! it's a bad idea for a breakfast meal because it's digests quickly in you stomach so you will get little energy! Unless you put 6-8 eggs in there! Then you get about 42-54grams of protein! Enough for and 80kg man(150pounds) roughly! But they are good for a snack without any meats Or Vegies! But preferably midday or afternoon meals! remember your 6 meals a Day Kids!

Silly fact? It's fact, though. Proven by scientists... It's not good for your health if you eat that many eggs in one day. I don't care about what those athletes do to themselves, I just know that it's a fact. :|
