Homemade posole and chile

 

I hate you. Havent had pozole since Dec 19th lol

 

Posole is pork soup with hominy. Add on chile, radish, cabbage

 

Yeah I like those fancy authentic Mexican thingos. With PB&J. I think they call them quesallids. Really fascinating. I thought PB&J came from America before I found out about them
Learning about other people and cultures makes you a better person and expands your horizons. I have only love <3 for all cultures.
