  1. We are the legion.

    Valhar morghulis.

  2. 2-3 years ago you'd have made fun of her for believing Walmarts were being turned into FEMA camps.

You only accept things once they're forced down your throat by the media it seems. Very sad.

If people like you would've listened about the Walmarts years ago this could have been stopped long ago. (Ps that policy was passed in 2002 by a Democrat Majority Congress. It's not a new thing...by far. Just a little FYI)

  3. i have never heard about fema camps until this thread or anything about wal-marts being converted. not even in any of my political circles. not even currently; i had to do my own research about the converted wal-marts after i read what you said. to this day i have not seen a single thing about this without looking for it myself. you're the one that introduced me to the topic, and i don't think you're mainstream news.

i'm not even a democrat nor do i like the democratic party.

i was like 16/17 years old 2-3 years ago. even if i did listen, i couldn't have done squat about it in the big picture.

    in 2002 i was 3 years old.

  4. The point is, if you're not open to non mainstream ideas you will always be a day late and a dollar short!

  5. Yes. As the life of Mr. Tudor teaches us, being outside of the mainstream leads to great wealth sometimes.

  6. Re: Flat Earth more

    flat earthers are crackheads, confirmed.
crackheads are not flat earthers though.

  7. Re: Flat Earth more

No. They are just… special people.

  8. ...who says i'm not open to non-mainstream ideas? or is that just an assumption you've garnered?

  9. Girl if you haven't heard Walmarts are being turned into fema camps before this thread, you need to reevaluate the "political groups" you belong too. That was very widespread and talked about for years.

And yeah, you throw off the vibe of a very uninformed individual that thinks you know everything because you recite the mainstream ideas on every topic.

I have a meme for this occasion, standby

  10. julie, i was a teenager concerned about passing my classes and getting into college. my political groups consisted of other teenagers and stupid facebook meme groups and a club at my high school. that's why i mentioned my age at the time.

of course i wasn't going to be in a hardcore political club deep into the introspects. it was more like discussing political ideology and shıt and talking about politics in general, like they do in high school. if we discussed current events it was mostly focused on the presidential election and learning about the platforms of the candidates.

  11. addendum because i ran out of editing time: if it was talked about for years prior to that, we are getting into my early teens and late adolescence. little kids and tweens aren't super concerned about politics and looking into conspiracy theories and stuff. my major concern was like, "oh no i forgot my math homework!" and "i think i'm going to pack oreos for lunch tomorrow." not things like, "wal-marts are being converted into camps for migrant children." a 12-year-old that thinks about that stuff is out-of-the-ordinary.

  12. You're still a teenager, with little to no real life experience yet. But you act like the supreme authority on everything. It's annoying.

You talk shït about a country that has given you opportunities your grandparents would have never of even dreamed of. You somehow seem to think the world should be perfect, or at least perfect in your view. I call that lazy! You have the opportunity to succeed if you put the work in. THAT is the definition of American dream.

Do you want to live the dream? Or do you want to talk shit about your country? You will not succeed by looking at the negatives and being an uninformed know it all.

Sure, you'll get good grades in school this way. They love it when you spit out the answers they already gave you. But that's NOT how you succeed in real life, yet it seems to be all that you do.

  13.
  14. When ops opening post for the thread is a copy and paste off youtube.

  15. IT IS?

  16. I agree with this! But, as is characteristic of my people, I must make a few clarifications as to where I may disagree/think differently with/than the fair lady of the Right.

    (1) It is annoying. However, real life experience is not necessary to be right. Life experience is helpful and can allow us to come to the truth; correct learning can also allow us to come to the truth.

    (2) My grandparents (and their grandparents and their grandparents and their grandparents) lived in this Union/British North America, so my ancestors could imagine our American liberties.

    (3) I do not know if I would consider myself to be an American, since I'm very old-fashioned, but I do think we should be respectful of our Country and our Federal Union.

    (4) And agreeing with your professors/teachers is a terrible way to go through school. It may get you a good grade from time to time, but the instructors will think you are stupid and you will miss out on so much fun. I had a professor who ended up becoming a big mentor in my academic and moral development. We disagreed on religion (He is Roman Catholic, and I am Protestant. We disagree on economics. We disagreed on what should happen to pörno directors. But we had great conversations, and I realized I was wrong on some things. I used to think large companies destroying mom-and-pop shops was the will of God. Now I think we should preserve small businesses if they are threatened. ALWAYS CHALLENGE YOUR PROFESSOR, EVEN WHEN HE TELLS YOU THAT YOU WILL GO TO HELL IF YOU DISAGREE WITH HIM.

  18. Re: Flat Earth more

Some of y’all need to chill with making assumptions about other people and shi... Like... Dang dude.

  19. He coulda put that as a joke, which is what I originally assumed.
