Extra EC = No Reward

  1. I downloaded an app & ran it for extra EC but I did not receive my extra EC what is the deal there what can I do to claim what I'm owed?

  2. The free EC earning options are run by Tapjoy, not ATA so you’d need to contact their support.

    Also, all of the EC rewards have a time limit, so you likely didn’t complete it on time.
