(drake is 21 …and has a son but he's single )

Drake: *keeps walking ignoring her and releases the spell from the other 2)

-grabs his arm- I'm not letting my sister get suspended without a fight

 

Drake: *turns around and says calmly* your sister is being suspended for assaulting another student physically

 

Amy:
And that girl should be expelled or have a longer suspension for starting the fight and using a forbidden spell --

Drake: *still talking calmly* they exchanged insults which is allowed in Hogwarts as long as it isn't consistent or extreme but your sister lost her temper and assaulted another student while the other student said the first spell that came to her mind in self defense --
