I got more than 4,800 prom tickets and I didn't receive the blue tux or king crown. ? Did I miss something?

Wish the new avatars were on par with New Years guy so not everyone used that one but none the less love them

?how come there are people who have gotten less than 3000 tickets but still got avatars but there are people with over 5000 tickets who haven't gotten anything

 

When do we get the final items For collecting all Top3k items and low items

 

Have yet to receive some of the rewards and have seen those with less than 3k prom tickets getting the avatars 

 

My rewards aren't showing up and know a few more people with the same problem  fix this please
