So essentially if someone drops 8,000ec to get 10 of each flag does the 40k stats bonus disappear once team is eliminated as well and drop to the 2k bonus?

No Drops

 

There's 16 of the 50ec flags and each one gives 40kcs.
If you receive one of each ec flag that's:
16 x 40kcs = 640kcs
If you receive 10 of each that's:
640 x 10 = 6400.
You have the potential to gain 6.4mcs .

(Idk if I did that right it's from the top of my head lol)
