[EVENT] Prom War Info

From my calculations, this war should be declared in 9 hours. No one has been given links on their walls and clubs don't exist. I've walled the OP asking questions and no response. I'm wondering if he still plans to do it? Most people I know who signed up feel they don't know what's going on. Would be nice if OP or someone else whose involved in organizing this would get on and let us know what's going on
