Ayo, why are they all hot!? But yeah, a slightly later release for Christmas shards would have been best. Why mess with that moneymaker with something that could have been used for BF or New Year(although for NYE option, the current shards pacing issue presented here would still exist)? On top of that, people are really vibing with the cozy and togetherness vibes of the current hunt and monthly set and this shard set doesn't mesh well with them either. P. S. Speaking of timing, I like that the availability is up at the top of the right away. Maybe it looks/feels odd, but it is useful.
Does it have to mesh with the theme of the hunt for stats items and avatar? I feel that could restrict the type of creativity of hunt ideas to have all mesh well while have new stuff slowly realized over time (maybe for the next 3 months you have nothing to match with other of your furnitures but other options would be released without being repetitive. I think several players do not repeat of the numerous hunt fairies or dragons related for 2026 (which would sound so soon) as an example. (Like survey show a cow hunt moodboard & a mascot / onesies moodboard among other examples )
Not necessarily, it would just help ATA milk the holidays if they actually wanted to make money. Which comes by doing what players want: keeping patterns that work! I actually would have gone for most of these avis in the right circumstances since I'm not bento broke for once. But now it's up in the air if Christmas is even getting shard avis, so ppl are being cautious and waiting instead of going all in for these. Christmas having just recolor avis and the two Molly's avi boxes that aren't as accessible/affordable doesn't sound right. Let's wait and see ig.
There’s most likely going to be 2 avatars ( F & M) release for December 22 (Pimd anniversary, with a very short time window), maybe not Christmas. Honestly, I was hoping this would be last avatar shards for 2025 and those cover Christmas and New Year eve period. I wish they hold off on on Lucky Boxes, Story pass until they fixed and reduce the probability of the beginning issue we had previously. I mean some game mechanics weren’t the best appreciated and I’m hoping they can processed the feedback given by the players than rushing into to release new stuff. Even if some players wish they release something closer to December 25. The recent new formats of events (Stakes are High , Sweetest Harvest XC, collective group) their first edition came with good and improvement observations from players….. Let’s wait and see 🙂↕️ PS: the clarity about the time frame (date, time zone and hour ) is much appreciated and thank you for listening to our feedback. This helps identify the timing especially in the long time run to compare and to help those who are not in PST time zone. For example gather the type of duration given over the years for the “SHARD BOX AVAILABILITY” & “AVATAR AVAILABILITY”.
For once I feel like they actually did pretty good with these. I do agree it’s a little close to the release of last shards and also BF but otherwise I don’t have complaints. I will say the one thing I feel about the VIP+ is often times it doesn’t add to the avi enough to justify the price like in this set they look worse in my opinion
I'm in agreement with most here. Shards come out way too often. When there are multiple shard avi sets out at once it gets overwhelming. When they get released this often they lose their appeal. Not getting them doesn't feel like I'm missing out on anything when there will just be a new set in a month. It's like a shard avi burnout where I just don't care about them at all anymore.
Omg really, y'all just think people have money to spend. Oh and I love how y'all rate people as well known but half haven't even been playing as long as me 🙄
A few years back shards were something special, something worth saving ECs for during the year so you could get some gorgeous avatars. And the avatars are still nice, that's for sure, but with having shards drop one after the other or, like now, even before the old ones left the store, well. In my opinion it takes away whatever was special about shard boxes. Now it's just another way to spend real money almost daily, which is really sad. It kinda feels like you're doing what some big companies do before they fall, trying to get people to spend as much as possible with continuous promotions and sales and loyalty discounts and what not. That said, I really like these new avatars and I hope to see more of these in regular hunts that don't require people to spend real cash to get 🫶🏻

Why are more shards being released like every other week. Its to much. Makes me not want any more avis at all. Theres just constant shit being pushed out. Give a fuckn chance for bf shit to exist before flooding out more shit
