Maybe some like a random dude but it's really not frequent.
And I bath every 2 days I think or 3 and I wash my hair every week or something cause they don't smell and also I usually don't sweat enormously so I don't need to shower 3 times a day

I'm European and don't have acne, I don't know many Europeans with bad acne as you are describing. Probably Europeans from deep in the east.
