  7. You have to purchase that tier to get the 2nd tier, and then purchase that to get the 3rd tier.

    You purchase 1st tier, then next day you get 2nd tier. It will show up for 3 days if you don't buy it, and then return to 1st tier. If you do buy 2nd tier, it will go to 3rd tier following day. That'll show up for 3 days if you do not buy it. I forget whether it returns to 1st or 2nd tier. If you do buy 3rd tier, you'll get 3rd tier again the next day and so on and so forth.
