The face, neck and shirt need some shading. They don't match the hair, hat and bow. It shouldn't take much, but it will dramatically improve the overall outcome. I'm sure you already know how to shade and all that, but as a tip, I was told to pick a light source in the room, and shade as if it were the sun. The hair and glasses will leave shadows on the forehead, cheeks, neck and shirt. And the nose is a bit flat for the angle she's looking at. Overall, it really is a beautiful piece, and I'd feel bad giving it anything less than an 8, mostly because I can't draw all that well myself. But you can really send it up to a 10 if you take my suggestion into consideration.
The detail there is just wow. ? It actually kind of freaked me out a bit. Eyes are even more difficult for me.
