I completely agree with this. Perhaps, on the succeeding Community Event/s (were these to coincide again with April Fools'), it could be coded that the Event Chat would not have the word-swaps. This way, we can retain the latter (which has become a PIMD tradition); while having posts appear normal on the Event Chat. By implementing the latter: We'll be able to avoid the unnecessary confusion ; whilst retain the nuanced aspect of the PIMD April Fools' Day, courtesy of those word-swaps.
I'm very pleased with the pacing of this event so far ! 👏 👏 👏 Thank you for doing something your playerbase has been crying out for and making the community events communitt focused - without an LB and unattainable rewards attached to it. I think April Fools is my favorite time of year in game. The word scramble is my favorite- I almost think not enough words we're changed up this year. I know some people hate it horribly so the defense item to counter the curse is great for those who aren't appreciating it as much 🫶 I am genuinely having fun; that whole point of playing a game thing. ♡ Its a shame this event is only 24h long, I hope we get more like it through the rest of the year!
