---BurgerKing--- James is snacking on a giant burger, fries-extra ketchup of course-, and a tall Sprite. "Fat ass" Amanda says staring at James. He flicks a french fry at her face and stick out his tongue. Amanda grabs his tongue and tugs on it "Wanna try that again?" She asks "Nu-uh" James answers. Amanda lets go of his tongue and wipes the saliva on his shirt "Nasty ass." Lalo comes to their table and sits down in front of Killa with a tray of food. "People are staring at us." Killa says. "No really?" James says "How'd you figure?" He stuffs his face into his food again. "Probably because of all the dirt...and cuts...and blood" Lalo looks at his team, his weird unorthodox team. "James when you're done bring the truck around." Lalo says. "Why me?!" James asks. "Cuz you're done" Lalo answers "Smart ass" he gets up, put his trash and tray away and heads out the double doors of BurgerKing.
James pulls around in the truck-now a shiny, clean black van-, and honks the horn twice. Lalo and the rest get up from the table and heads out the fast food restaurant, Lalo pops another mint in his mouth. "Where we headed to?" James asks Lalo through his rolled down window. "Safehouse" he simply answers "no detours." "Gotcha..." James nods and rolls the window back up. The rest of the group hops in the van from the back as it pulls off into a main street. ---Safe house 101--- A girl with a futuristic sniper rifle watches the road, she takes out a red lollipop and throws it over the edge of the tall watch tower she in control of. She spots the black van and makes a high pitched whistle, signaling the entrance gates to open, she climbs down the ladders connecting to the ground. Lalo is the first one out of the van and is greeted their clan leader Farlou "Welcome back my friend" says the African/Indian with a wide smile, he and Lalo give each other a hug, Lalo stand by his side when it was over. James moves out of the driver's seat looking around the crowd of faces. He thinks to himself. Adults rule this world, kids and grown-ups that want to stay kids are a dying breed. How in hell are we going to win this war? At that moment Amanda pushes her arm through his and leads them by Lalo's side "You can't go all mental on us now..." she said with humor and laugh. Killa is the last and salutes Farlou. "Welcome back my friends!" Farlou speaks out loud "did you get what I asked for?" His face has a expression of enjoyment and worry. Lalo speaks for the group. "We have the codes but not the human target, committed suicide right in front of us." "Oh, well, that is a disappointment, but not a total loss!" Farlou's expression changes to happiness "You and your team are at the top of my family, for that we thank you." Lalo and the group bow and salutes.

James looks around the crowd. Amanda, her arm locked with his still, get worried. "What's wrong?" She asks. "Nothin..." James looks around some more "somethin ain't right, I can feel it" Lalo listens in on the conversation, he does feel something, like they made a wrong turn and wound up in topsy-turvyv world. At that moment a girl with a sniper trapped to her back, shifting the weapon left to right. "Lalo!" She calls. Farlou's face turns to surprise and curses under his breath. Lalo turns his attention to the voice "Mel?" He squints. "Lalo! Run! It's a trap!" Melly, quick reflexes, dodges a bullet aimed at her head, pulls out her own sniper and shoots the attacker in the head. Lalo looks down at Farlou, he sees Farlou's hand reach inside his brown coat, but before Lalo could figure out what it was he gets behind Farlou's back and restricts his arm behind his back. "Don't do anything stupid Far," Lalo smiles to himself "oh wait, you already did!" James and Amanda rushes to his side, punching kids and kicking adults out of their way. Killa breaks a kid's arm and kicks him to the side, she then quick jabs a man in his groin making him double over in pain. Melly hits a girl with the butt of her gun, taking down a boy with a quick shot to his knee. "Follow me!" Lalo yells scooting back to the van "Killa, get to the van, Mel ypu catch up!" James and Amanda stick closely to Lalo's side "No one make a move or Farlou dies a slow painful death!" Lalo shifts Far's arm up more making a small cracking sound to his bone, Farlou scream in pain. "Let go Lalo, I swear you'll regret doing this!" He seethes under his breath. "And you'll regret betraying us my friend." Lalo breaks Farlou's arm wwhrn Melly came through the crowd of kids and adults. Farlous lets out a small scream before fainting from the pain. The van rumbles and morphs into a green tank. "Get in the tank," Lalo says to James and Amanda through the side of his mouth. They do what he says and hurries towards it. Melly is by Lalo's side now holding he sniper and squinting through her modded reflex sight. "Go." Lalo says. She nods and scoots back a little before rushing to the tank. Lalo kicks Farlou's back making him hit the ground hard, before rushing to the tank also. "Get us outta here," Lalo tells Killa before hoping in the tank.

Killa drives the tank out of the headquarters entrance. "Why...?" James was talking to himself in a corner of the tank. "I don't know..." Lalo answered him, Amanda was sitting close to him not saying a word. Melly and Lalo sat near Killa. The inside of the tank was quiet. They were in a thick patch of woods tearing down trees and anything inside or near the torn area. "Killa stop when we get to middle," Lalo told her "and make sure to change the tank to something less suspicious." Killa nodded. "So how did you know?" He turned his attention to Melly. "You guys have a huge bounty on your heads," Mel continued "Farlou said he was turning y'all in for the sake of the rest of the clan, I didn't believe him, because he was too chummy with the LAPD's leader." James looked up and looked over at Amanda then down to her hand that was clutching to her shoulder hard "What's wrong?" Amanda shook her head. "Tell me" "Leave me alone." She turns away from him. James grabs her hand and yanks it away from her shoulder revealing a bullet wound with blood seeping out. "Idiot." James tears off a piece of his shirt and wraps it around the wound, Amanda winces at the pain. "Killa, Amanda's been shot in the shoulder!" James calls up front. "What the hell? How?" She stops the tank and quickly gets to the back. "Where we were fighting a sniper got me..." Amanda trails off and faints. "Idiot." James says to her and helps Killa put her on the cold bottom of the tank. Lalo take the wheel and continues to drive the tank. Melly gets by James's side.

"Lalo!" Killa called "We need to find a place now!" Killa placed pressure on Amanda's wound "James you and Milly need to step back, give me some space!" James and Mil quickly stepped back. Amanda was bleeding fast. "Will she be OK?" Milly asked with tears forming in her eyes. Killa didn't respond but made grunts trying to keep Amanda from fading. James opened the top of the tank and sat down on the top. "What're you doing?!" Lalo yelled. "Nothin." James answered back. Melly looked up at him before he closed the top. James looked around the woods the tank was crushing before he spotted a little cabin. "Very useful." James slid down the front of the moving tank "Lalo stop the tank I found a spot!" Immediately the tank stopped and once again James flew off, but didn't gain hang time. "God damn it..." James rubs his head and slowly gets up. ---5 Minutes Later--- Amanda is on a table being fixed up by Killa. Lalo is sitting in the living room waiting for Killa to give him directions. Melly and James are sitting outside on the roof keeping watch. James has his symbiotic gun at the ready and Mel with her retro sniper laying by her side.
