1. One of the first things I usually do, if I'm able, is cuddle with something. If if can't be my bf, I go for one of our animals, especially the youngest cat we have or my dog since he's trained in DPT. She kneads into anything soft so a soft blanket on my lap a kneading kitty to pet = calming down. 2. I know some people don't like this, but I listen to/watch ASMR. It's a major help to me because of my own ways of processing noises, etc. Or I'll find a new YouTube video from some of my favorite channels to laugh at. 3. I play minecraft or animal crossing. Farming or building pretty houses in minecraft is so calming to me??? Idk man. Or I'll take a nap for 1-3 hours skdhsk

I play games most of the time but when im feeling absolutely horrible I listen to music, it calms me down and sets me back to a better path
I keep myself very busy. I have a bad habit of thinking too much and stressing myself out with my thoughts so mow I keep a very full schedule that would stress tf out of most ppl but keeps me out of my head and makes me feel slightly more accomplished ig since i get lotsa things done
Brandon, identity what is causing the stress first. Do not ignore it, deal with it immediately. Review what options are available to make the stress level become lower and disappear. Make the best decision you can with the options you discovered. Remember you can control the stress, not the stress controlling you.

Once wen I was a pure, innocent lil boi, I wuz chiling wit my dad out in da woods, far fr0m civilization, and I was helping him dig a hole like we was in Camp Green Lake, right, and he was like, "Son, let me give u lief advise, always bury the object of your stress six feet below ground, far away from it ever being found." Study. My main source of stress is school, so when I study it kind of relieves a little bit of that stress knowing I did something productive. Also organizing and color coding my notecards.
I literally binge watch a good show or play a multiplayer game to relieve stress. If I’m in no mood for that, then I simply sit outside to take a breath of fresh air. Take a walk. Talk to someone I know who deals with the kind of thing as I do.
When my insecurities and anxieties come i just like “um okay darkness my old friend come sit and talk”. So imma just go to a coffee shop, eat some (nahh a lot) dessert, put a headsets on listen some chill music, read some sad poetry books? Or i just go jogging, like literally running from my mind, it helps a lot.
