Can't tell if ur saying a club like this exists or if ur frothing about the average sfw-friendly cc club, if you want to make a clun that sorta fits this description, if you want barcodes to become active again, or what... These feel like opposites of eachother. The clubs protecting the weak are the sfw friendly cc clubs.
