  1. [Kyle]

When we pulled into the parking lot, I saw her. My body froze and all o could remember was her pixie like hands holding mine, her warm smile, her brilliant green eyes, and her powerful kiss that could make me feel invincible. She caught my gaze and held it, giving me a weak smile before leaving with her friend. Nate grabbed my shoulder and led me away, trying to keep my eyes from following her. "It'll get better, man."
I looked at the ground, watching my feet guide me around to wherever Nate was taking us. "Yeah,"

Any favorite characters? Any one you want to hear more of? Any descriptions of characters? Let me know. :)

I tripped over my feet on the concrete of cold sidewalk. Bella and I split up when she went to meet up with some other friends. I walked into the library and sat at the only table left. Unfortunately, the table was occupied by Eli James. Eli was cute, smart, and an unfortunate mishap in my life. I was convinced he hated me since I chose Kyle over him. "Hi," I said. Eli looked up. His deep blue eyes met mine and he grinned. "Hey, gorgeous." I could feel myself blushing and I tried to contain it. Eli had dark brown hair and dark blue eyes. His skin was a notch over pale but just under tan. "Mind if I sit?" I gestured at the empty seat an felt like an idiot. "Not at all," There goes that smile. "I got your text. You wanted to talk?" Eli smiled and reached over to grab my hand. "I miss you. I miss how we used to talk all the time. I was thinking that maybe we could give it a shot. For real this time."

"I don't know what to say." The room was spinning. "So say yes. I'll treat you better than Kyle ever could." As if it was on cue, Kyle and Nate came into the library and they immediately saw me. What else they saw was my hand in Eli's. "Bay?" Kyle came rushing to me. Eli rose to his feet and let go of my hand. Nate kept the pace with Kyle and lashed an arm in front of Kyle to keep him back. I got up and grabbed my bag. Needless to say, I left. So did they. And what happened next none of us could explain. So I'll try my best. "You couldn't keep her when you had the chance!" Eli shouted. Nate knew he couldn't control Kyle and backed away. "I could do a hell of a lot better than you!" "You're a twisted freak if you think that for a second your a better person for her!" Kyle lashed back. "I know that I am." I staggered and caught myself on the rail of the steps. "What makes you say that?" Eli looked at me and then to Kyle. "For starters, I wouldn't cheat on her." My whole world went black.

Is was as if the next chain of events would forever be etched into my mind. Kyle swung at Eli, Eli swung at Kyle. Nate was desperate to control Kyle. "Eli, stop!" I tried grabbing his arm but he was too strong. "Stay out of this!" Kyle screamed. I made my way to him, trying to pull him away from Eli. Kyle turned to me, a terrifying look in his beautiful eyes, and with a blast of pure impulse, he knocked the wind straight out of me.

  6. [Bella]

I heard the screams before I saw anything. Bailey, I thought. I ran faster than my feet could carry me. When I got there, all I saw was Nate huddled over a lifeless body, Kyle freaking out, and Eli frantically talking on the phone. My movement slowed, scared that the body on the ground would be Bailey. But I didn't have to wonder, I knew it was her. "Kyle!" He turned to me and by the look in his eyes, I knew he was guilty. Tears ran down my cheeks and I leaned over Bailey. "She's got steady breaths," Nate said. "Did Kyle do this?" I whispered. Nate looked at me. He'd always defended Kyle but now even Nathan Cartwright couldn't save him. I figured it out. "Who told her?"

  8. [Kyle]

I was freaking out. What the hell did I just do???? Bailey will hate me forever and I could be arrested for this. I shouldn't have ever broken up the discussion between her and Eli. As much as i don't like him, he's better for her than me. Bailey's best friend was here with Nate. Eli had just hung up the phone. My stomach churned. Bailey gasped loudly and jerked up. I leaned over the rails of the stairs and threw up, my insides bleeding with everything evacuating my body. "Bailey," I walked to her and Nate was helping her to her feet. "Kyle, don't." Eli pressed. I pushed his voice away from me. "Bailey, I'm so sorry." Bella put her hand on my shoulder and led me away. "Kyle, who told her?" I looked her dead in the eye. "Eli, we got in a fight and..." I didn't explain the rest. I knew she had already seen it.
