Rick's point of view: "... totally forgot about it." I gasped. "Forgot what?" Adam questioned. I remained unmoved. I thought my heart would stop for a moment. How could I forget such a BIG thing?! How could I FACE Chelsea?! How could I APOLOGIZE to her?! Millions of questions zoomed inside of my mind. "What's wrong lil bro?" Adam asked as he held my hand gently. "F-forgot... d-date... Ch-Chelsea." I stammered. My body shook terribly. Adam's expression darkened. "How could you forget?" I looked at him weirdly. "You're asking me WHY?! Maybe I have to REMIND you that I SAVED Mom's and YOUR life." Adam snarled. "Don't get too ahead of yourself." My jaw fell open. WHAT DID HE JUST SAY?! "You should treat her better." Adam added. I felt my blood boil. Then, I let out a sarcastic laugh. "As if you treated Chelsea any better." Adam glared at me. "And... I didn't attend the date because of an emergency. Not because I was just PLAYING with her. I'm not like you." I spat out angrily. I grabbed my jacket and reached for the door. "Get back here!" Adam ordered angrily. I slammed the door shut. That's insane if I listen to him after all he did! I revved my car to the school. As my car came to a stop because of the flashing red traffic light, I checked my cellphone. Uh-oh. I had 34 miss calls and 18 text messages. They were all from Chelsea. "Rick, where are you?" "Rick, why are you late?" "Is something wrong?" "Rick! The janitor locked the door. Where are you?" "Rick, I'm so scared. Please. Please show up." My heart broke as I read message after message. I can't even call her. This is just too painful. Chelsea was in danger. And yet... I was not there to save her. I ran as fast as I could to the rooftop. "Chelsea!" I called out as I burst inside. Silence. I sighed in relief. Someone might have saved her. Suddenly, something bright caught my eye. I squinted my eyes to see it... It's Chelsea's cellphone! I grabbed her cellphone and browsed it carefully. Wow. She sure did call a lot of people. Then, a name caught my eye. Ken. My blood boiled in anger. WHY DID CHELSEA CALL HIM?! I slammed the door shut and ran outside. The call was just made a moment ago. They might have not gone far. I looked around and ALAS! I found them. Chelsea was ordering while Ken was staring at her. "Don't you stare at her." I growled as I took a step closer to the restaurant. Suddenly, I stopped. What I saw just broke my heart into pieces. After Chelsea and Ken exchanged some few words... Ken quickly drew his face closer to Chelsea's face... And...
