Sometimes I hate BB codes because they make my post so different from what I actually mean. (For example... And )
Adam's point of view: Everything was white. Is this Heaven? Or Hell? "Hello?" I called out, but my voice just echoed against the un-ending walls. Suddenly, a man appeared with his back facing me. "Umm... Excuse me, sir. Where am I?" I questioned. But the man remained unmoved. I carefully approached him and tapped his shoulder. The man slowly turned around and faced me. My eyes widened in disbelief. "DAD?!" I cried out, "Wh-what are you doing here?!" "I'm here to finish where I left off." he snickered and pointed the gun to me. "S-stop." I begged as dad positioned his hand on the trigger. Too late. Dad pulled the trigger, and the swift bullet penetrated my clothing and to my heart. "NOOOOOOOO!" I cried out while clasping my left chest. That's it. I'm dead. And I'm never coming back again. "Mr. Anderson?" a voice beyond the walls spoke. Suddenly, the un-ending walls disappered and so did my dad. "Are you okay, Mr. Anderson?" a woman in a white uniform asked. Huh? Where am I? I looked around and saw tubes connected to me. Flowers were beside my bed. I quickly looked at my left chest. There was no wound. "Am I not dead?" I asked, totally confused. The nurse chuckled. "No, you're not dead." Then it was ALL a dream. A bad dream. A nightmare. I sighed in relief. "How was I saved?" I asked. "Your brother saved you." the nurse answered as she checked the monitors connected to me. "How did Rick save me?" I asked once again while tilting my head. The nurse looked at me and sighed. "Well, according to my sources, your brother threw broken glass pieces to your dad, causing your dad to black-out. Don't worry, your father's still alive. He's just in jail." "That's amazing." I gasped. "That's right." the nurse smiled and stared at the monitor once again. Suddenly, the door burst open. "Nurse, is my brother okay?" Rick gasped for breath. "He just woke up." the nurse answered and exited the room. "Hey, thanks a lot, bro." I called out. Rick smiled. "Sorry if I arrived late. I took care of mom first." "That's okay." I laughed. Rick really loves mom so much. Silence befell upon us. Suddenly, I laughed. "What's funny?" Rick asked. "It's just that... when you were younger, I would be your hero. It seems that it is the other way around today. TIME passes by quickly." I explained Suddenly, Rick's eyes widened. "TIME!!!" he cries out, "What time is it?!" I took a quick look at my watch. "9... 26? 9:26 pm." Rick's face turned completely white. "Why? What's wrong?" I asked. Rick gasped. "I... ... totally forgot all about it."
