  9. Rick's point of view:

"Are you sure you are going to the hospital?" Dale asked worriedly as he buckled his seatbelt.

"Of course. Why? What's the problem with that?" I asked as I started the engine of my car.

"It's just that, Chelsea's pretty much traumatized with people, especially with men. She might not want to see you." Dale answered.

"It's okay if she does not want to see me." I said confidently.

    "Are you sure?" Dale confirmed.

I abruptly stopped the car and looked at Dale.
"Dale, I do not want to give up on her. I'll fight, endure and survive until I get her heart."

    Dale smiled.
"I'll support you in this, bro."

    I started the car.

"I never saw you this serious with a girl before." Dale commented.

"I know right." I affirmed, driving much faster.

"Lance, guys!" I called out as I arrived in the hospital.

"Rick!" Lance answered while running towards me.

"How is she?" I asked while breathing heavily.

    "See for yourself." Lance answered.

    Chelsea Homers
    So, this is her room.

I opened the door and a nurse greeted me.
"Sir, she does not want to meet any visitors."

I ignored the nurse and went straight to her bedroom. There lay a girl, so weak and frail.

"Chelsea..." I said and immediately grabbed her cold hands.

    Her face turned pale.
    Her hands began shaking.

"DO NOT TOUCH ME!" she screamed, "GET OUT!"

    The nurse ushered me outside.

"So?" Dale greeted me as I went outside.

    I bowed my head.

"Stay strong." Dale said and patted my shoulder.

    *RING*

"Excuse me." Dale said and answered the phone.

As I looked at Dale's phone, an idea suddenly popped into my head.

    I have a plan.
