Rick's point of view:


"Raped?" Regina confirmed, totally shocked.

"No, it's just an ATTEMPTED rape." Dale sadly confirmed.

I sighed in relief.
"Glad Chelsea's safe." I beamed.

"You don't get it, do you?!" Dale retorted.
"Rick, even though it was only an ATTEMPTED rape, any girl would still be traumatized after such happening."

"Wh-what do you mean?" I asked.

"Well, as the other officers chased the criminal, Lance tried to carry Chelsea..." Dale trailed off.

"Then?" I asked, feeling impatient.

"She cried immediately and started punching Lance as hard as she could." Dale continued.

"Shocks. She's traumatized." Regina interrupted.

Traumatized?!
What the???!!!

"I guess right now, it'll be harder to get her heart, Rick Anderson." Regina mocked while sarcastically smirking to me.

"DON'T JOKE AROUND!" I shouted, startling Regina.

"Now. Now. Calm down, Rick." Dale said gently as he grabbed my arm.

"Let's go to the hospital. Quickly." I ordered while trying to break away from Dale's hold.

"No." Dale rejected as he grasped my arm tighter.

I glared at him.
"And why?!" I spat out.

"It's no use, Rick. She would not like to see you anyway. You'll just depress yourself." Dale explained.

"He has a point." Regina commented.

"I don't care what you two think. I'm still going! Chelsea needs me." I announced stubbornly.

"I think you have bigger problems to settle." Dale said as he released his hold to my arm.

I huffed and turned away.
I ran towards my car.

"Do you even know why Chelsea stayed up this late in the park?!!" Dale called out.

I ignored him and started the engine.

"You also know that?" Regina said in disbelief.

Dale smirked.
"According to Lance, it was because of HEARTBREAK."

I froze.
Heartbreak?
