Rick's point of view: "Tell that to your mom! She chose a DRUNKARD to be her husband!" Ugh. That scene never left my mind. How could Chelsea say that to me?! Those words actually HURT. Although she said sorry, I have a feeling I can't forgive her for what she had said. She knew that I was very SENSITIVE about that matter. WAIT. Does it mean... I'm giving up on her? I won't chase her anymore? I will just ignore her just like I've said? "What if I really give up on her?" I whispered to myself. With all my efforts to get her, she never showed interest. I'm tired of chasing Chelsea around. This has to STOP. *RING* "Hello?" I groggily answered the phone. "Um, president? This is Lance. There has been a problem." the meek voice answered. "What is it?" I asked. "Um..." Lance hesitated. Ugh, my vice-president really is very timid. "What is it, Lance?" I demanded, feeling annoyed. "A parent reported that her child did not come home yet." Lance reported. I looked at the time. It was 1:36 am. "And her child goes to our school?" I confirmed. "Exactly." Lance answered. I plopped to my bed and sighed. "That is not a problem of the student council, Lance. That is the person's problem, not ours. We're too busy to handle such things." I said. "I know, Mr. President. The parent did not actually ask help from us." Lance muttered. "Then if it's not our problem, why are you BOTHERING me at this hour?! We have school tomorrow!" I said exasperately. "I know, Mr. President. But, I think I should tell you the classmate who is currently missing." Lance explained. "I don't care!" I spat out. I was going to hang up the phone when Lance retorted... "Chelsea Homers. She's missing." I immediately sat down. "What?!" "According to her mother, she's been missing for 5 hours already." Lance reported. "WHY ARE YOU TELLING ME THIS ONLY NOW?!" I shouted, grabbing my jacket. "Huh? I was trying to tell yo-..." "Lance, fetch the other officers. We'll go student-hunting." I said and hanged up. Don't worry, Chelsea. I'm coming.
