Rick's point of view: "Rick, please get that towel." "Put the lotion in my bag." "Rick, my towel!" The three of us crazily packed up Chelsea's belongings. We just arrived this hospital and now we're leaving. "All set?" Ken asked as he carried the last bag. "Yes." Chelsea answered hurriedly. "Your parents will meet us there." Ken said while reading something from his cellphone. We arrived the hospital 1 and a half hours later. No one said a word throughout the whole travel. "Thanks, guys." Chelsea said weakly. "No problem." Ken said while giving her a little kiss on the forehead. Normally, I would have been angry, but surprisingly, I did not feel anything. I was more worried concerning the "Adam" incident. "Thank you so much, Rick. You saved my life." Chelsea said to me, smiling meekly. I nodded and turned away before Ken attacks me. "Hey, Ken. Uuum..." I trailed off. "What?!" Ken snapped, mainly annoyed. "Why are you so angry at... Ad- I mean, the doctor?" I asked cautiously. "You know what, we've been avoiding that guy for years. We just met him now and I think you're the reason why. Do you know him? he asked angrily while glaring at me. "N-no, not at all. I don't know him!" I lied desperately. "If you do something to my girl, you'll surely regret it." Ken warned sternly and walked away. Oh no. The hope of snatching Chelsea from Ken vanished in thin air. Why?! Why of all people of the world... Why should it be Adam? Why should she be angry to him- My Only, Dear... BROTHER?! BROTHER?!
Rick's point of view: "Hi, dear." my mom greeted me as I opened the front door of our house. I ignored her entirely and walked straight to my room. I was not able to notice her worried, pained face. As I sat on my bed, I reviewed the happenings one by one. "Aah! So confusing!" I said to myself while scratching my head. "Adam! What brings you here?" my mom shouted gleefully outside my room. Oh no. Adam's here. I rushed to lock the door, but Adam beat me to it. "Rick, I can explain." he gasped as he squeezed himself in. "You better." I spat. "Look, Chelsea and I had a bitter past." he started. "Bitter past?" I repeated nervously. He sighed. "To make the story short, when I was a senior, Chelsea confessed to me. I agreed, but not because of love, but because I wanted to play with her. I took advantage of her. I made her my slave. Then, one day, Chelsea caught me kissing another girl." I gasped. "I, then, told her the truth... that I never once loved her." Adam finished sadly. "YOU WHAT?!" I shouted angrily. "Look, I was wro-" "GET OUT!" I furiously ordered and pushed him out of my room. I can't believe this is happening. Chelsea went out with my brother?! This is too complicated. I groggily went to school the next day. "Should I skip class?" I asked myself. Even though I was student body president, I still broke the school rules. I settled myself at the back of the school. Then, noises disturbed me from my peaceful meditation. "Stooop. Someone might come." a girl cooed. "No, no one will come." a boy answered happily. Ugh. Lovebirds flirting at the middle of class hours. They disgust me. I got up, but suddenly stopped when I heard... "Ken, stop kissing me. Someone might come." the girl giggled. KEN? CHELSEA? I peeked at the two lovebirds. OH MY... Surely, it was Ken. His huge built actually identified him. But the girl... Blonde, slender and fashionable. Is that Chelsea? The girl turned her face. Oh my, that's definitely NOT Chelsea. OH MY, is Ken cheating on Chelsea?! I made a shocking, new discovery. :O
