Desperate

Rick's point of view:

"You have a BROTHER?" Chelsea asked, totally surprised.

Oops.
I got too carried away.
I have to answer her quickly to avoid suspicion.

"Y-yes. D-Didn't I mention him to you?" I stuttered.

Chelsea sighed.
"I guess I really don't know anything about you."

I reached out for her hand and caressed it gently.
"You actually know lots about me! You're the only person I've opened myself so freely.

Chelsea stared at my eyes.
"Is that true?"

I smiled.
"Absolutely."

"After all you've done for me, well... I guess..." Chelsea trailed off as she blushed.

I smiled more.
"What?" I teased.

"Well, I guess we could... you know..." Chelsea stopped as she blushed some more.

"What?" I smiled more broadly.

"You know..." Chelsea whispered shyly as she covered her swollen cheeks with her delicate hands.

I reached out for hand again and massaged it gently.
"Get back together again?" I teased as I looked straight into her gaze.

She looked away and slowly nodded. She got redder and redder.

Ugh.
She's just too cute.
I want to squeeze her.

"Why so? Did you miss me?" I cooed as I played with her hair.

"Very." Chelsea mumbled as she looked at my eyes sincerely, "You? Did you miss me?"

"So much. I thought I was gonna die." I whispered to her ear.

I moved closer to her and gently caressed her cheeks.
"I love you." I whispered.

Chelsea met my gaze.
"I love you more." she gasped.

I moved my lips closer to hers. I can feel her breath against my mouth.

I want her so badly.
I want her... now.



*SNORT*

Completely surprised, Chelsea and I turned around.

"Can you be a little more sensitive?" the irritated voice called out.

"Sorry... Nash." Chelsea said shyly. Her face was bright red.

"Ugh. Why did you ruin the moment?" I complained.

I was going to kiss her!
I was THIS close!

"Get a room!" Nash angrily answered as she lay down again.

"Shocks!" Chelsea exclaimed suddenly, "I forgot! I have to give something to the principal."

I grabbed her hand and looked at her pleadingly.
"Do you have to."

She smiled which made my heart melt.
"I'll be back. Let's walk home together, okay?"

I smiled.
"How about let's go on a date tomorrow."

Chelsea nodded.
"I love to. Tomorrow, 9:00 am"

"Okay. Bye." I smiled.

She smiled back and reached out for the door. Before she opened it, she turned to me and said,
"Hey, about our date tomorrow..."

"What about it?" I asked.
