Compare prices on insurance on both. Both are sports cars since they are coupes. The Scion gets better gas mileage, mustang has better curb appeal. How much will it cost to repair each if the same part goes out? Lets say the alternator dies, how much does that cost? Assuming both are used cars, does either come with any type of warranty? If you want to sell it later on down the road, which one has a better resale value for you? All in all, I'd probably go with the 'stang!
Scion. Insurance on that is cheaper. It gets better mileage, you will save gas. Parts for the scion is cheaper than mustang
I agree with Wallace '68 Camaro but anyways.. I'd pick the Mustang just because it is badass looking, but like some have said the Scion does get better gas mileage and the insurance is probably cheaper by a little bit. Parts may be a bit harder to find, but still the Scion would be easier on the wallet.
That's true, Ghost. I didn't think about that. Hmmm... I'll have to look a bit deeper into that. Gas mileage... I dont realy care bout it. The parts and insurance is what worries me. Also resale... But it'd be maybe 5 years down the road...
Okay. So I was also looking at the 2009... what're your guys' views on the two? 2010 2009 Obvs they wont look like this. But not so expensive to fix em up visually..
What's your weather LIke on average? ANY snow? If you go mustangGT why not go big with a 5speed manual and a drop top? If you can keep up with payment and insurance, go big or go home! Unless power isn't ideal go TC...... Overall, mustang provides a funner driving experience.... Good luck!
I think the re-make of the Mustang a beautiful thing. As is the Dodge and Chevy Entry to revisit the pony car era. If I were into Pony Cars I'd buy a new 69 Camero Chassis drop a Hawk 502 in it and have fun with a nose heavy straight liner. My opinion for it's little worth is you study my brand, BMW. A 330ci Coupe or convertible 2003-2006 will run between $7.5-$20K. E46 is the chassis model. It will run circles around the straight axel Stang. A front fender costs less than a F150 pickup. Tons of MoD parts. I had a 2005xit the 4 wheel drive wagon version, great car, which I replaced with a new wagon 335. I own, and it's been seen at Bimmerfest a 1996 328ic Dinan Stage II. Basically a 8K E36 convertible with 20K in aftermarket blower susp brakes electronics and a 70/30 electronic rear axel keeps both rear wheels in action. Mustang sadly only one wheel in the corner. the Bimmer will insure for less than most pony cars another plus. If you do get the Mustang buy the Merc-cathode rust thingy. The Stang hoods seem a bad rust spot. Lip of the trunk lid keep it waxed. (Mothers of course). The V6 is almost a better engine than the V8 up till recent years. The Big Block is a beautiful thing, stunning paint jobs. A friend has a pampered convertible and it's given him no grief at all. Seems Ford is building the best cars in their history. Hope you find a great one.
I love mustangs and everything there my favorite type of car but I'd buy that other car if I were you it's nice lmao!
My mother had a Mustang, and they were great.Personally, I'd go for the Ford Mustang because I already have a Ford KA, and I'd like to stay with the same company.I know this comment isn't much help, but, yeah ... good luck!~
