Aaron wasn't scared. He didn't use his real name anyway. He saw Alexei looking at him in amazement and wondered what happened. Aaron's phone rang. It was cyber, his man behind the scenes.
'yes?' asked Aaron. All eyes were on him.
'I have found important information regarding Kira. I have several suspects already A's well.'
'elaborate.' said Aaron, and raised his hand 'may I be excused? It's for a case. Not the heart attack one, a new one.'
'sure. Anything for our little detective.' said the teacher.
Aaron walked outside. Started walking around the school's track.
'ok, cy. Talk.'
'well I did A's you asked and researched all the teens in hotels on that day that live in our area, and found four suspects. One is Roman. He is Russian, I think he might be alexei's friend. He goes to your school at least. Strangely enough, he was right across from the scene of the murder. The other two are best friends- Otto Malpense, and Wing Fanchu. They are at a nearby university at this moment, and their names strangely match up to characters from a British book series called HIVE. I found no connection to the case there. The fourth- well you can guess who the last suspect is.'
'Alexei?'
'yes, him. I found a very strange connection between him and the case. It seems that his parents bought two separate rooms for that night. They Might've had a fight, though, so I'm not sure what happened there. Anyway, both room's television sets were turned on, and one was at the very channel where the interview happened. It was 50 seconds after he turned to the channel that the man fell.'
'time doesn't match up. It takes 40 seconds to die after someones name is written, and alexei's a fast writer, so it wouldn't take 10 seconds to write any name. It has to be exact. Was this Roman watching the television A's well?'
'well, yes he was, but a different channel. But he probably looked out the window during the interview meaning he could have......'
'the shiningami eyes' finished Aaron. 'the most likely suspect is Roman. Alexei isn't the type to even touch manga. He despises it. But the info you gave me helps a lot. Thanks cy.'

I sat in the class, watching Aaron. "He's still alive" was the thought running through my head " how can that be?"
I grinned at Aaron A's our eyes met. Aaron grinned right back. Then Aaron's phone rang. He went outside. I waited about Ten minutes and raised my hand.
'yes?' asked the teacher
'ummm..... Can I please go to the bathroom?' I asked, with those pleading eyes (which I was good at, I usually get what I want with that)
'huh? Oh sure, whatever.' said the teacher, not giving a damn.
I walked slowly so that I wouldn't look suspicious. As soon A's I was out of the classroom, I ran to where me and Aaron usually hung out: the track. I found Aaron and heard the last part of the conversation. "so he doesn't suspect me, eh. But the caller obviously does." I thought. I waited 10 more minutes A's he walked around the track and then ran down to meet Aaron.
'got worried eh?' aaron grinned.
'yeah, kinda.' I said and took out a cigarette 'want one?'
'sure' said Aaron. 'if you're wondering about the call, it was the Kira case. My friend got in touch with me. He has three suspects. Roman, and these two friends: Otto and Wing. I suspect it to be roman myself. He was positioned right across from that interview. He could have the shinigami eyes.'
'you're still going on about that shiningami crap? sorry man, but "shiningami eyes" probably don't exist.'
'I knew you'd say that.' Aaron said. 'And that's how I know you're not Kira.'
'you suspected me before?'
'no, but my informant does.' Aaron threw the cigarette down and stomped on it. They started walking back A's they saw the principal watching them.
'oh hell' they said simultaneously.
