? Strange... Go to your profile the scroll down to items. Go into items and you should see all your pots, cats and Kinis (if you have any), Avis..etc. and at the very bottom it shows you how many care packages you have.

If you still haven't received them you are welcome to email: support@athinkingape.com include your game name, the game you play, the question/issue along with screen shots if necessary
