We can do that now. In regards of character sign up; I don't want everyone who submits and application to be accepted, I'll need to go through the apps and look and see which characters are dynamic and interesting enough to be incorporated into the story. Also, we'll need: Name, Looks, Personality, Specialised element/school of magic, Back story, Age and all that good stuff. As for title, I have no idea
How bout The Pursuit Echoes. It can have a double meaning. Like we can talk about flashbacks from the outsiders which could be one one echo (echo of the past) and also the echoes of footsteps of the chaser. I might think of others. I just woke up so give me time.
Anyway, what else is there? Any particular characters you want to explore? Quantities? Stuff like that?

Secrets of the Silent has a nice ring to it. It can be like how they went into hiding (hence the Silent)because of their powers and didn't want they gov to find out (hence the Secrets). Buy they did so now they are on the run. Government Getaway is not bad. It's kindof self explanatory. They are trying to get away (Getaway) from the government (Government) Can't really think of much else. But if I had to rank them it would be 1)Secrets of the Silent 2)Echoes 3)Lost Generation
