  1. I'm still salty about the time ATA replied with a shrug emoji, but I guess this hunt convinced me I'm over it ?
    Customer service is so lacking these days. They lack even the most basic manners half the time. So, I'm the really annoying customer who's stupid nice. Looks you in the eye, says hello, please and thank you and is ridiculously cheerful even if you're being sour. I like making people smile, and I usually can. Sometimes though, the real a.ssholes I think they may hate me once I'm done, teehee.

  4. I remember when I asked for a Sausage Egg McMuffin and got a Sausage McMuffin instead. That egg makes a difference.

  7. I try to be like this most of the time but when ppl cross the line i haz a bad temper :c i salute you
     
  8. I went to a bank to open a checking account. Officer was rude to me and assumed I didn't own enough money and stuff like that. We managed to get that officer removed from that branch.

    There are a lot of details into the whole thing but it might be tldr

  10. This, is not true. Sometimes, they are very wrong. However, good customer service means handling the times they are wrong gracefully.
     
  11. I save all of my anger for the telemarketers. ? Lol. I dislike those people v, v much. Especially the ones who call me v early and speak in a language I do not know.
