  1.  it's been directed at many but the speakers don't get silenced for it. Either:
    A. Live dangerously. Watch when you say it and who you say it too but who really cares? 
    B. Live a safe life and dont say it. 

  12. When you direct it at someone it's a form of harassment. People can take offense to that and be snitches about it. Especially if they're little kids or bored and wanna ruin someones day.
