>.> seriously?? I've worked hard on this. ---- My hands shook as I laid on the bed, biting on my bottom lip... "Hiro... Naoki... Hiro..." I was debating... What happened to Naoki? He's been rubbing Mitsuko every chance he got. He wasn't like this, he had publically voiced his disdain for her. And now? He's snogging her right in front of me... I picked up my phone and quickly dialed Naoki, biting my inner cheek as the phone rang. "Naoki! It's Arisu..." "Arisu. Didn't I tell you to leave me alone?" His voice oozed venom and hiccuped, slightly intimidated. "Meet me at the park... Please, Naoki. Think of this as a last favour." I heard him hesitate, and a moan escaped from the background. I felt tears stain my cheeks and I wiped them away with my sleeve, ignoring the mascara. "... Baby... Who are you talking to... Get back in bed..." Mitsuko's voice rang and I nearly dropped my phone on the bed, not exactly recovering from my shock. "I'll meet you there, Arisu..." I sobbed as I heard Mitsuko's shriek in the phone, telling him to hang up immediately. The only thing that soothed me was Naoki telling her to shut up. --- "Naoki-san..." "Arisu-chan." We stood rigid and still, not moving. I cursed under my breath, shaking from the uncomfortable silence. "Why, Naoki, did you... Elope... With... Mitsuko... Didn't you-" "Look, Arisu. I... Lost interest in you. I didn't mean to do that, I didn't mean to diss you. I'm sorry. My feelings with you are platonic, but it would be nice if we were still friends." His expression was stoic, but being friends was better than being ignored. "Yes, thank you Naoki... But... Was it because of Mitsuko's appearance or..." "I don't know. I'm just attracted to her." I nodded slowly, not really understanding what he meant. But I'm not going to push pressure onto him. "Goodbye, Arisu. Mitsuko's waiting." I nodded before departing, content about retrieving some information. Naoki was about to leave, and I snapped my phone open and dialed Hiro's number. "Hiro... Pick me up at the park please." Whatever reaction I fished out of Naoki, I didn't know, because Hiro was on the bench, removing the book from his face and waving at me. "Arisu!" ----- "Arisu! Who's that beside you?" Hiro put his arm around my neck, pulling me to him. I giggled and grabbed onto his arm, before remembering Naoki was there. "Oh, Naoki! Hey..." I gulped, his expression was still stoic, but it had a glint of anger and disappointment... Queer... --- Update later. >.>
BUMP. THANK YOU JUSTIN BUT I'M GUESSING THAT NOBODY WANTS TO READ THIS. ---- "Ngh." The churning of my insides when I saw Arisu and... him... together burned me. Of course, I was the one who dissed her. Being a hypocrite really stings. "Anways, goodbye. Arisu." I walked back to Mitsuko who wrapped her arms around me, caressing me cheek and ruffling my hair as she did. "Baby, who was that?" "Nobody. Let's go..." To be honest, I felt disgusted with myself. ---- "Hiro... Why were you on the bench reading? Why didn't you stand up? Why did I have to call you...?" "Woah! Twenty one questions eh princess? Chill. It's alright. I like the outdoors. I don't live far from here, and I didn't realize you were here. I was too engrossed in my manga to look up. You called me and I removed the book to stand up and pick you, but you were right in front of me..." Hiro trailed off, and in his eyes I knew he was lying. I didn't want to put pressure on him though, so I just took his hand and sighed. "Hiro. That's nice, but-" "But what?" "I don't know... I don't really know why I called you either..." "Hm. That's understandable... Hey... Can I take you somewhere?" I nodded and let him lead me there, adrenaline pumping inside my veins as the red tinted my cheeks. My breathing became ragged and I was thinking about kissing him again... No! Bad Arisu! Bad! You're not Mitsuko! Bad!! Hiro led me inside his car and drove away from the park. I looked back and sighed. Naoki and I met there... We stepped out of the car and reached a beautiful clearing, there was a lake in the middle and lavendar colored flowers grew... even willows. Hiro smiled before turning to me, then stepping on the edge of the lake. He was about to pull of his shirt and I bluhed madly, thinking of semi-perverted thoughts. Bad bad bad bad Arisu! Noooo! "Arisu- come in! The water's fine!" Hiro had already jumped in and I jumped in after him, not minding the water that wet my clothes. It felt nice, the water, and the fact that I'm plastered to Hiro. "... Arisu- about the mall thing... Remember about-" The kiss? I very well remember it! We were so close, noses touching, eyes almost closing, sparks in body, everything. "Yes." "Can I... Kiss you again...?" This might be a stupid answer, but I want to. I want to feel it... The same spark, something to rid me of my depression and infatuation with Naoki. Something- That'll make me fall in love with Hiro. "Yes." I was immediately pushed to him, my lips plastered to his. It was a nice and long one, and I immediately recovered from the shock and kissed back, his hand on my waist and my arms around his neck. "Mmf- tounge-" I just spoke my thoughts out loud. I could feel Hiro smile before my wish came true. 'OMG OMG OMG OMG BEST KISS EVER!!!' This time, instead of a spark, I felt an inferno. We had pulled away, and were panting for breaths. Hiro glanced over to me and we stared at eachother, before he spoke. "Let's be more than friends." "Hn?" Hiro... What he said... 'Let's be more than friends.' ... Naoki... "Is that a yes?" I'd be a fool... But... My answer's still the same. "Yes." What did this mean, now that I agreed? ----
Yuki Sounds kind've like the 'real me' In a way. It's how I am in school around my friends Too hyper-active for my own good.
----- It was a silent affair. Our parents didn't really approve of us being together... More like my father. Hiro snuck in every now and then like Romeo and we had our conversations and dates indoors for a while. I was like a lovestruck fool, waiting for her prince charming every night. Hiro didn't go to my school though, so we had to resort to seeing eachother at midnight, like it was some sort of secret affair that would die off if somebody found out. During these moments, Naoki drifts away from my mind and Hiro gets pulled closer and closer, like a magnet. At school, it was different... It feels as if I've sinned when I look at Naoki and remember the things I've done with Hiro, even if they were mild and innocent... "Arisu?" Yuki shook my shoulders and I snapped out of my trance. We were on the school roof, doing a science project. I eventually had a huge daydream and dreamt about Naoki and crap. "... Mhmm..." "Let's go, baka. It's like two hours we've been here and God knows what-" "Wait!" I was holding the binoculars and catched a glimpse of a bow and arrow tucked inside someone's schoolbag... Hiro's schoolbag. What was he doing with them? He left the premises and walked away quickly, so I said goodbye to Yuki and rushed down the stairs. ----- "Hiro!" I called out to him, grabbing his arm as I ran. He looked down then his eyes widened, shifting himself so that the weapons in his bag were hidden. "Arisu!" "Hiro- where are you?" "I was about to pick you up." "Liar! I saw you through my binoculars! You were-" Where was he going again? It didn't matter since he was now glaring at me with my back slammed against the wall. "Shhhhh! People might hear us! Arisu, no!" Realizing what he did and said, he immediately pulled away and grabbed my waist, pulling me into him and checking if I had any injuries... "Hiro-" I did actually. My heart was broken and my spirit sank to hell. Not to mention this bruise on my back keeps aching. "Arisu. I'm so sorry." "But what the hell are you doing with that bow and arrow?!" Wrong wording. He gave me that glare again. But I didn't sustain any bruises or scratches or anything this time. He only regained his usual emotionless stare then replied to me dully. "Some things are better left alone, Arisu-chan." ... Arisu-chan? Didn't we agree on no formalities? What does this mean? "..." Hiro left me in the dust and I only stared at him as he left, my heart definantly broken into a million pieces and my spirit sank even lower... Lower into hell. "Hiro..." ----
----- "Breathe in and out girl, mama's here." Yuki held a choclate chip muffing inches away from her mouth, her red hair in a wild mess. She wore a white tanktop and ripped denim shorts, chewing on her snack. "I think Hiro broke up with me." "Oi. All that matters is that you hooke up with him in a mere day. That's what's hot." "How do I make sure if he hasn't left me yet?" "Go stalk him. Go figure." Go figure my ass... But I'll do just that! ---- Short short short petite update.
