Writers block but heres what I can think of.... ---------------- Where r u? Am at biology. Did u skip? I glanced at Alexander's text wondering if I should reply. It was his fault after all why I'm skipping. "You okay?" Peter said, taking a sip of his Starbucks Frap. I placed my phone back intoy bag. Screw Alexander. "Yeah, I'm fine." I sighed, "So you just came back from New York?" "Yup. Ten years, huh?" he said, nodding. "Aaand, we were best friends?" my words sounding more like a question rather than a statement. "Insepreble." he nodded again. "I remember you. You were the one who pushed me into the pool when I didn't know how to swim!" I said, recalling now. "Yeah, sorry bout that." he said, sheepishly. "Well, I know how to swim now!" I laughed. "So U can push you in the pool now!" his eyes brighten up. I laughed harder. Bzzzt I pulled out my phone again. Another text from Alexander. I miss u babe. U ditch me? Its bout this Peter guy right? I'm guna kill him. --------- Seriously writers block. Will update soon. Keep bumping!!!!!
I took off fast. Damn you, Xander. How did he know about Peter? We were alone in the hallway....right? "Cassy!" I heard Peter call out. I kept walking. Of course, Peter was faster than me, catching up to me and grabbing my arm. "Cassy, Cassy, what's wrong?" he said, worry in his eyes. "N-Nothing. Just drive me back to school. Please." my voice was shaking. "Yeah. Okay. Sure." we loaded into his car and quietly drove to school. He parked and as he got out I grabbed his arm, "Wait. Pete. Don't go with me inside." "Why not?" "It's…complicated." I knew Xander wouldn't literally kill Peter, but things could get really messy. And yeah, Peter would put up a good fight, but Xander had friends. Big, football friends. And I didn't even know Peter had a friend. "Fine." he let it drop. I walked into school as the lunch bell rang. I wasn't hungry since I ate in Starbucks, but I headed to caf to talk to Abi. Headig to the caf, I looked around for Peter, hoping and praying he planned to skip the rest of the day. "Fancy seeing you hear." Oh shiz, it's Xander. "Helloo." I said. "What do you say, Friday night?" he said, smiling. "All the anger and pain that caysed to me to skip xlass in the first place came rushing back. "Why don't you take Gaby, huh?" I snapped. His face fell, "Cassy, you know I love you and you only." "Could've fooled me." "C'mon. Give me a chance." he pleaded. "Fine, Friday." He smiled again, "It's a date." "Let's not call that yet, call it...last chance." ------- Kay the ending sucked but i couldnt think of any thing else! Tell me what you think!
"So you like your coffee in latté form, huh?" Xander said, mixing his coffee with a pack of creamer. So yeah, our last chance coffee thing was a complete fail. And not just any fail. This was an epic fail. Who talks about what kind of coffee your date drinks? "Um, yeah, that's kinda...." I pointed to my latté. "Obvious." he finished for me. We were quiet again. Honestly, I don't know what happened to us. We used to laugh, talk for hours. But I just couldn't stop thinking of Peter. I know, I know, it's rude to think about another guy when you're on a date but I can't help it. "Restroom." I muttered, and stood up. The crisp smell of the nrewing coffee and the sound of the [i- whoosh of the coffee machines filled the air as I looked for the restroom. "Oof!" I crashed into somebody, barely falling. The person was buff, wearing a dark purple shirt and a black leather jacket. A very familiar jacket. "Ohmygosh, Peter! Hi!" I said, glancing back at Alexander, and relieved. He hadn't spotted up yet. "You here with him?" he nodded at Xander. I nodded, "so, what are YOU doing here?" Peter looked at the door then turned back to me, "Uh-nothing." "You meeting someone?" Again he looked at the door, "No-um-yeah-my sister." "Ah-" "Hey you! Peter, right." Xander came up to us. Oh man. Uh oh. This is not gonna be good. "Oh, so you're the punk who broke Cassy's heart." Peter said, sizing up to him. "She was mine first jerk." Xander glared at him. Peter snorted, "Dude. She was mine when we were seven " Xander looked like he wanted to punch Peter. "Xander, lets-lets just go." I said. Pointing into Peter's chest, he looked straight into his eyes, "Stay. Away. From. My. Girl." Peter rolled his eyes. Alexander turned walked out the door, me following. The thing was, I wasn't really bothered by the fact that they almost tackled each other. The thing was, Peter didn't have a sister
