This gif is from the Korean drama “Masters Sun” I believe this the scene where the male lead almost died and is in the hospital so the female lead is crying because she thinks she is partly responsible 
(Can’t remember why she has that mark on her head  however, The show was pretty good I would 8/10 recommend)
