So, a loved one dies, then you're depressed, that equals a lack of chemicals in the brain? You trust the same doctors who give people chemo therapy about a "lack of chemicals" in the brain. Alicia, honestly, you can go ahead and let them mess with your brain, I personally won't care about what happens to you.
My emotions are cause by ME. Nothing controls me, but me. I decide how I feel. I forgot you're 14 and dealing wit hormones
Why can't everyone just google about depression or ask a doctor about what it is instead of trying to become Socrates while being a Neanderthal.
Medical science learns new things everyday. Everyday they learn fun new things they had previously been doing wrong. If you were "depressed" in the 1980s or before, there's a good chance they'd have lobotomized you. You kids ever met someone who's been lobotomized? What makes you think taking a drug that thins out certain parts of your brain is any better than a lobotomy? Either way, you're gonna end up with holes in your brain. Treat the root cause, a bad lifestyle. A hole free brain is the way to be. There's a reason antidepressants disqualify you from military service. They make you handicapped.
I'm already married, so no. And you are a disrespectful little twerp. I'd never accept such behavior from my children. It is not your place to complain about anything your parents do. They are the adults and you are the kid. You do not know your place, hence they will continue to embarrass you until you get that through your hard head.
hormones are a chemical. look up serotonin. that's the hormone (aka chemical) that can cause depression when there is a lack of it.
