My favorite part about team rocket is that they go for pikachu and other useless Pokemon when they, themselves have a talking Meowth. ?

Why didn't they just catch a magikarp it would be so easy and with team rockets funds buy and use rare candy it so it evolves to garados that's logic in my eyes
